In April, I set out to thru hike the 2650 mile Pacific Crest Trail. After a successful six month journey on the Appalachian Trail in 2016, it seemed like walking from Mexico to Canada was the logical next step. I was ready. Ready to explore different terrain and traverse new states. Ready to set out on my own and see what I could do. Ready to live simply and be surrounded by an amazing hiker community. Ready to go back in.
